As a first step, Skill evaluation (Technical Knowledge, Experience to perform the job and Communication) will be performed.

  • Gather the references and perform at least two reference checks for the technically qualified profiles. Reference check includes both behavioral and performance evaluation.
  • Once Client Resource Manager expresses interest, following activities will be performed by Synergy HR
  • E-verify – Employment Authorization
  • Criminal background and Drug test
